At Bugskin, each piece is individually crafted from reclaimed billboard material. Due to the one-of-a-one nature of our bags, every product is entirely unique in composition, print placement, and detailing.

For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or change-of-mind returns on any purchases.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions and images prior to purchase. If you have any questions about a specific piece, please feel free to contact us before completing your order, we are always happy to assist.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess and resolve the issue appropriately.
